Chief Executive Officer | Jono brings over a decade of seasoned experience in the B2B industrial manufacturing and distribution sectors. With a relentless drive for innovation and a commitment to propelling industry advancements, Jono focuses on delivering sustainable, high-value results. His approach combines a critical balance of innovation and transactional excellence, fueled by his passion for emerging technologies and their impact on society.
Originally from Toronto and now based in Calgary since 2013, Jono has led significant sales and operational expansions, establishing himself as a leader who drives unprecedented growth and strategic transformation.
Outside the office, Jono is an avid songwriter and musician, viewing music as an essential creative outlet of his and a vital form of personal expression only matched by his passion for business. His unique blend of technical expertise and artistic sensibility shapes his visionary leadership style, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Avi Gupta
Chief Electronics Officer | Avi brings a solid 10-year record of achievement in the electronics industry, specializing in electronic circuit design, PCB design, PCB manufacturing, with a diverse range of certifications. Avi's professional journey includes successful tenures with global powerhouses like Philips, Toshiba- Landis+Gyr, and Pentair, reinforcing his expertise and capabilities.
Avi's skills extend beyond technical proficiency, evidenced by his ability to lead skilled technical teams. His unwavering dedication to quality and reliability sees him working round-the-clock to ensure that projects delivered are robust and meet client expectations. Before joining Edison Elm, Avi held positions as a Sr. Project Engineer at Pentair Water, a Technical Specialist at Philips Lighting, and a Hardware Engineer at Toshiba (Landis + Gyr). He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
